Clementine Cream Tart Recipe

Getting kids to eat sweet desserts isn’t always the easiest thing.  This weekend I whipped up some delicious Clementine Cream Tarts and my kids were crazy about them.

Clementine Cream Tart

This sweet dessert is the perfect addition to any birthday party, event, date night or children’s birthday party.  It’s sweet and features your favorite clementine oranges that I know you’ll go crazy over.  There is something about a cream tart that is the perfect finish to any meal and topped with whip cream and oranges you just can’t go wrong.  Enjoy.

Easy Clementine Cream Tarts


  • 6 Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts
  • 4 oz softened Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup pureed Clementine segments (about 1 1/2 Clementines)
  • 1/8 tsp Clementine Zest
  • 1 beaten Egg
  • 6-12 Clementine segments as garnish
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger


Preheat oven to 350. Beat cream cheese and sugar until blended. Add egg and ground ginger and pureed Clementines and mix until blended. Place crusts on a baking sheet. Pour mixture into crusts. Bake 20 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes. Refrigerate at leat 1 hour before serving. Top with whipped topping, Clementine segment and zest for garnish.
