Ever since I was a kid, I’ve struggled to drink a ton of milk. In fact, if I ever drank an excess about of cow’s milk, I would always pay for it later. Instead of trying to find a solution, I’ve always just stayed away from milk as much as possible. I was thrilled when I heard about a2 Milk®. This product is the only fluid on the US market that doesn’t contain the A1 protein that is in normal milk. If you know someone who has an intolerance to the A1 protein in milk, you should tell them about a2 Milk®.

One thing I always missed out on during the holidays was Eggnog. I could never drink it because my stomach could not handle traditional Eggnog because of the regular milk. I’m so excited to tell you my own version of Homemade Eggnog using a2 Milk®. It’s really easy and I think you’ll love it just as much I do.

I love this Eggnog recipe, featuring a2 Milk® because it’s super easy to make and so tasty. Since I could never have Eggnog before, this is a real treat for me. a2 Milk® is a natural occurring cow’s milk, so to me, it brings an excellent taste to the table. Their process is simple too, they only use cows that produce A2 protein. a2 Milk® is also free of hormones and antibiotics, and this sits even better with me! I don’t want anything unnecessary in my milk.

Check out the a2 Milk® website. I can’t wait for you to try a2 Milk® because I know you’ll love it. a2 Milk® is available in whole milk, reduced fat 2%, low fat 1% and fat-free.

Nutmeg is not listed in ingredients. It is mentioned in the later part of your recipe. How much is the question?
