Parenthood with the mamaRoo infant seat
Being a parent comes with many different instruction books, and many mouths that think they all know what is best for your child. All parents are going to do things a little differently because every child is different. Here are a few things I have learned in my journey through parenthood and find out how I get a quick break from holding my baby all day with the mamaRoo infant seat.
You Won’t Be Perfect
No first time parent is perfect. In fact, even parents that have been parents for many years fail at times. You aren’t going to pop a kid out and magically know how to be a perfect parent. Parenthood is a lot of trial and error.
When in Doubt Follow your Heart
Everyone is going to put their two-cents in on your little bundle of joy’s development. It’s natural for others to want to help you along your journey. However, when in doubt follow your heart. You are given a sense about your child because he is your child. You will know what is best better than anyone else.
Sometimes Babies Don’t like to Be Put Down
From the moment I found out I was pregnant with baby #3 I started doing my research on the must have items. Being a mother of 2 already I knew I needed something that would allow me to free up my hands at times that my baby would love. At just 3 weeks old we all know Landon absolutely loves being held and the only way I can set him down without him crying is by putting him in the 4Moms MamaRoo infant seat. With several different movements and sounds are favorite so far is definitely the Kangaroo movement, he absolutely loves it.
I can’t even explain how difficult it can be to lull your little one off to sleep thinking you can get a load of laundry done, a quick bite to eat, or a much needed shower only to hear blood curdling screams the second you put him down. The mamaRoo infant seat saved my sanity during those times. Here’s what I love about it:
It was easy to put together. I was able to assemble it myself and start using it right away.
My son loved it. Landon was comforted by the replicated natural motions of being held by a parent which gave me a few free minutes to get things done. Such as eating lunch and just sitting down for a minute to gather myself before I continued with the day.
There are 5 unique motions and speeds. The seat bounces up and down and sways side to side just like parents do when comforting their little one. It’s amazing, super quiet and it’s convenient. We have it in the corner of our living room and it goes perfect with our room decor. I love the fun patterns and colors on the seat as well as the crisp white design making it suitable for all living decor.
- The 4moms MamaRoo can be controlled from the comfort of your couch as well by using the 4moms app. This app allows you to control the motion, speed, sound and volume and is suitable for iOS and Android devices!
Each Stage of Life is a Journey
Though it may seem like once your child gets out of the baby stage being a parent will get easier, it doesn’t. You will constantly be faced with new challenges. Those challenges may not be easier, but they will definitely be different as your child grows.
Parenthood is a journey of finding what works for you and your kids. There may be ups and downs and bumps in the road, but in the end it’s all worth it.
