If you have ever had issues with nausea from pregnancy, medications or motion sickness you know how miserable it can make you.  These Easy Ways To Relieve Nausea are great choices for anybody who has suffered with nausea and doesn’t like taking traditional medications.  While some nausea requires medical intervention, these are quick and easy ways to help relieve that unexpected nausea from travel or not eating enough with your medication.  They are especially helpful for pregnant moms who are dealing with those first few months of adjustments.

EAT BLAND FOODS.  The BRAT diet is very common post illness but also great for helping relieve nausea.  Bananas, Rice, Applesauce and Toast are all great bland foods to help treat nausea.  These are especially helpful for pregnant women who have morning sickness but need to keep some food in their systems at all times.

GET SOME FRESH AIR.  Fresh air can do wonders for nausea relief, especially caused by motion sickness.  Whether it is from stepping outside or allowing the fan to blow on your face to circulate cooler air, you will feel relief from nausea with fresh air almost every time.

USE COOL COMPRESSES.  Whether it is an ice pack wrapped in a towel or a simple cool damp washcloth on the forehead or throat, the cool will help your body relax.  Cool clothes can help you if you are nauseated due to overheating or sunburn as well.
