I’m obsessed with washi tape. There are so many adorable prints and patterns and the creativity that includes them is endless. I love to use Washi Tape on lots of things such as my writing utensils, my mouse pad, creative wall art and now my newest favorite is the DIY Washi Tape Notebook. Quick and easy projects are for me and this notebook turned out fabulous! Look forward to making lots more!
DIY Washi Tape Notebook
What you need:
- Mini Notebook (Purchased 3 pack at Target for $1.50)
- Washi Tape (Different patterns)
- Scissors (Optional)
I chose to cover the cardboard backing of my notebook to give it a cleaner look. Lay your notebook out flat and grab your first Washi tape pattern. Starting in the middle place your tape at a diagonal and bring it from left to right. Now grab your next pattern and continue your diagonal pattern until you get to the very bottom. Fold your tape ends under the notebook so you create clean lines and creases. Using your scissors trim off the excess around the corners to give it a cleaner look. Enjoy!
