Homemade Coconut Exfoliating Soap

This is a sponsored post collaboration with LouAna Coconut Oil. All thoughts, photos and recipes are my own.

You all know how much I love doing my own Homemade Beauty Projects! It never fails I absolutely love knowing exactly what’s in the products I put on my body. One key ingredient I include in all of my Homemade products is LouAna Coconut Oil. Coconut Oil leaves your skin feeling silky and smooth and is so hydrating which is perfect for Winter and Summer! This weekend I whipped up a batch of Homemade Coconut Exfoliating Soap Bars and they turned out amazing. The soap leaves my skin silky smooth and I’ve never felt better!

Homemade Coconut Exfoliating Soap

  • 1 Cup LouAna Coconut Oil (Find a store here)
  • 6 Cubes Melt & Pour Soap Base
  • 2 Tbsp Loofah shreds
  • 1 Tbsp Moroccan Mint Extract
  • Silicone Square Molds

Grab a medium sized Pyrex measuring glass and place your cut up melt & pour soap cubes in there. Pop in the microwave for 1 minute to allow them to melt. Remove from the microwave and give it a quick stir to ensure it’s all melted down. Quickly Pour in your LouAna Coconut Oil and Loofahy Shreds and stir quickly. Top off with your Moroccan Mint Extract and give it a quick stir. Now carefully pour your Coconut Soap mixture into the silicone rectangle molds and allow to sit for up to 2 hours. Once hardened remove from molds and use just like any other soap. The Coconut Oil will leave your skin smooth and hydrated and the loofah shreds with give you glowing skin you’ve been missing.
