So it’s been a long day and your family wants to eat. Consider making a quick and easy homemade Macaroni and Cheese that not only your spouse will love but it’s a kid pleaser too!! My little boys are very picky when it comes to food but they scarfed this one down and asked for seconds! Yey.
Ingredients Needed:
- Egg Shell Noodles (Small, Medium or Large)
- Velveeta block cheese
- Breadcrumbs
Directions:
Cook pasta shells in a large pot of boiling water per directions on the package.
Once pasta is completely cooked, drain water and place back on stove.
Add in 12 oz of block Velveeta cheese cut into 1/2″ slices.
Add in 1/4 cup of milk and some pepper to season.
Turn stove on low and mixed in all ingredients until blended well.
Once completed coated let settle for a few minutes.
For the bread crumbs:
In a small sauce pan add 2 Tbsp of butter and allow to melt.
Once butter is melted add in 1 cup of bread crumbs and stir together.
Sprinkle bread crumbs over Macaroni and Cheese.
