Getting kids to eat can be a challenge but when you add in bright, vibrant colors your kids are more likely to eat. Tonight for dinner we made the boys Colored Noodles and they were a hit in our household even the adults ate them. Everyday I go through the constant battle with my 1, 3 and 4 year old trying to get them to eat even the simplest foods and it shouldn’t be so hard. I wish I knew adding a little color to the dish would of helped out because I would of done this years ago. All it takes is a little food coloring and some spaghetti noodles and you’ll have a fantastic kid friendly dish in minutes.
