Just because we’re a family of 6 doesn’t mean I always need to review a car with plenty of seats! This past week I got the pleasure of sporting around town in the all new Mazda CX-3 and it was a blast! A Sporty little 5 seater with a bit of speed to get me and the kiddos all around from school drops off, baseball practice, baseball games, errands and lots more. Five full seats for 5 of us to fit comfortably and a nice little truck that could hold my stroller, my groceries and the kids baseball gear. The Mazda CX-3 is the sportiest they come and has all the fun, sharp angles that will have you following in love with the outside! This beauty packed some speed and turning sharp corners was a breeze which we can all appreciate. When you have little ones in the car there is nothing worse than a bumpy ride and this was one of the smoothest rides we’ve had in a while.
Lets talk about fuel effiency, this car gets 35 mpg on the highway and 29 mpg in the city, which meant I didn’t have to fill up my car once in the week that I was driving it all around town. We took this all over Orange County and spent some time shopping at the grocery store and of course Target and we really wanted to see who much we could fit in the back which was surprisingly a lot. Since my stroller always goes in the back I was shocked that it fit comfortably as well as loads and loads of groceries and we still had plenty of space to load other things. Truck space is huge when it comes to my family.
Lets talk about the front seat I felt it was very roomy for both myself and my husband and I loved having all the features at my finger tips. The navigation screen is always great to have and you’ll always catch me jamming to the Sirius XM radio which is my favorite! Wanting to control your phone or change the radio station? There is a knob that can easily be turned while you’re driving to get the tunes you want and need. The cup holders are stowed away under your arm rest which I felt was a bit awkward. It’s great for space saving features but not so great if you’re trying to reach your drink and want the armrest down at the same time.
