With Valentine’s Day coming up around the corner I wanted to make a decadent dessert at home for my husband and I to enjoy together. Since we have 3 little ones at home and a baby on the way it’s not exactly ideal to go out for the evening. On the menu I have prepared a delicious dish for two and for dessert well be enjoying smoldering hot Molten Chocolate Cake that will literally melt in your mouth.
When I whip up delicious dishes and desserts at home I always make sure I’m shopping at all the best places and this year I’ve been shopping at Grocery Outlet for all my needs. Whether it’s for desserts, dinner, kid’s lunches or even pet care items you’ll be in love with the rock bottom prices. Right now since Valentine’s Day is next week you’ll be able to find the best prices on fresh floral bouquets as well as Champagne as low as $3.99. This is a steal and I picked up two bottles!
Molten Chocolate Cake
- 1 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 6 Cubes Schogetten Alpine Milk Chocolate
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 1/4 Stick Butter
- 3 Large Eggs
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grab a microwave safe bowl and place your semi sweet chocolate chips, schogetten milk chocolate and butter and place in the microwave for 2 minutes. Remove from the microwave and give it a good stir. While still hot pour in your flour and powdered sugar and mixed all together. Crack those eggs and stir those in and set aside. Grab your ramekin dishes and spray them with some pan and line them up on a baking sheet. Fill the ramekins about 1/2 way full and pop in the oven for 14 minutes. Remove from the oven, pop out of the ramekin and onto a plate. Top off with some powdered sugar and enjoy the chocolately goodness.
