Today’s post is brought to you by Olly Kids and I’m super excited!
One of my missions for 2016 is to not only get healthy but to also make sure my kids are healthy. Now that my kids are in school I’ve noticed the germs spread throughout the entire home and I was tired of us all getting sick. I knew there had to be a solution and vitamins were are answer. Keep on reading to find out how I keep my kids healthy and which vitamins were using on a daily basis.
Here are some things I encourage my kids to do daily to make healthy habits.
- Play outside- This is a must in our family. We have a family pool and all enjoy swimming, playing outside, and just having a great time together. As much as we love our electronics, it’s so nice getting outside and enjoying the fresh air.
- Brush teeth daily- I think it’s so easy to forget to encourage our kids to brush their teeth daily because of crazy schedules. I actually set an alarm on my phone to remind myself of this. May sound silly, but brushing daily is super important for kids’ overall health.
- Take a daily vitamin- We sit down to healthy meals and get plenty of exercise, but there was something missing in all of our diets. I searched high and low for the perfect vitamin. Introducing Olly Kids’ newest Vitamin Boosts. We found that the Happy Tummy vitamins from Olly Kids worked best for our family! However, Super Brainy, Happy Tummy, Growing Bones & Mighty Immunity are all magnificent and I encourage you to try one that your kids will love as well.
My son used to come downstairs every morning and say his tummy hurts. I knew there had to be something going on and I figured I’d give vitamins a try to see if it helps. We started him on the OLLY Kids Happy Tummy vitamins and they have made such a huge difference. The vitamins contains a perfect blend of probiotics and prebiotics with a soothing hint of peppermint. He loves the taste of the vitamins and I love the benefits he gets from them. These are definitely our favorites and I can’t wait to try the others even more.
Making sure your kids develop healthy habits now is super important. My kids are also watching all of my “healthy” habits and that only encourages me to keep making those healthy choices. What healthy choices do you and your family make on a daily basis? Share with me in the comments! I’d love to hear your thoughts.
