Being a Blogger you can only imagine how much time I work in my office space. When we moved into our new home I already had my room picked out for my Office and I couldn’t wait to get started on the paint, customizations and layout to make it as stylish and functional as possible. I painted my Office a Gorgeous Icy Mint Green Color mixed with white walls and white trim. It turned out perfect and I get so much work done in there. It’s a peaceful environment and a kid free zone I couldn’t ask for anything more.

I use multiple tools for organization. A physical planner is #1. I also keep a white board to organize important and rapidly changing goals. I have multiple software programs, binders for hard copies, and reference books on hand in my office.
When trying to complete most tasks I make lists, when planning a party, buying gifts, going shopping, you name it I make a list for it and cross things off as I get them done
I make lists for everything to know what I need to know
I really try to straighten my house up each evening before it gets out if control! I also find that going through my mail immediately and tossing junk keeps papers from piling up.
I keep organized with my filing cabinet.
I stay organized by making ALL kinds of handwritten lists. IDK why but it relaxes me and puts me in a better place lol Lists or calendars on my phone or computer never have that same effect!
I use google calendar to stay organized!

Every appointment goes both in Google calendar and on a “real” calendar, so I do not forget. I go through mail daily and file it or toss it. My email is checked frequently. And everything has it’s place in my home!
Everything has a set place that way I know where everything is.
I stay organized by making lists for the day! They help keep me on track!

I am terrible with organization. For example, I need to rearrange my office to make the file cabinet easier to get to. It is mostly empty because of its awkward position.

I love being organized but since moving 1yr ago and now living in. A bigger home with more things along with the price of organizing products im not totally organized like I want to be. However through away everything you don’t need, when you get new things out it in its place where it goes….and if you don’t have a place for that something, either get rid of something to make room for it or don’t get it all together. Easier said than. Done though.

My issueis that i want to be organized but I struggle because I have too much stuff

I stay organized by creating lists and by dealing with things right away and not putting them aside for later!

Staying organized at our shop is quite the challenge. We are a creative company, and with creatives behind desks, they can be quite messy! I’ve heard that Google encourages its people to maintain messy desks, because it’s the sign of a creative mind. However, one must be organized AND messy at the same time to maintain productive workflow and productive creative energy. We do this by using organizer stackers, and use PODIO.com for our work order organization. I’m not an affiliate of Podio, so i’m not here to try and sell you something, but it is absolutely awesome. It’s free for any organization with fewer than 5 employees and it’s saved us a ton of grief, time, and hassle. It keeps all my employees in check, and I can assign tasks to whoever is in the system. I can also manage my clients and projects, all in one place. Fantastic site for keeping organized!
I have plastic bins and drawers in my classroom that are labeled . This keeps our items neat and organized . It also allows my students and me a way to find things easily.
I’m not at all organized! I have a desk in my closet covered in clothes and I keep most of my stuff in a heap on the floor next to my bed :/ womp, womp…
I stay organized with an online calendar and to-do list, and a lot of boxes and folders.
I stay organized by using my large walk-in closet with built in shelves to keep my important papers filed in binders with labels and put up high so my kids don’t get into them and make a mess.
I stay organized with file caddies, plastic storage containers, desk accessories and lot’s of drawers
I use lots of totes, binders, and I take lots of notes to stay organized.

Dream-X Mind Map and an easy and workable to do list.
I use a planner, post-it’s and lots of labels on things.
I use some bins and organizers to help me but honestly, I am so disorganized.
I keep a tight calendar, and specific folders and bins for things.
How do I stay organized? I have my husband and kids phone calendars syned to mine. Do we all know what our day is going to be like. I have color coordinated bins for the kids to put their finished assignments in. The homework assignments are printed on colored paper to match the bins. Also, I have a to do list that I make every night around 10 pm. I sign my name to the to do lidt them send myself an email of what was accomplished that day. I’m a little organized, right?
Since I work from home and have very limited space, keeping myself organized is extremely important. I deal with lots of paper and organization is always a problem. I live in NYC, where apartment space is notorious for being small. As such, finding ways to store important papers and other things is always a challenge.
That is why these desks, which are the perfect size for small spaces as well as other office accessories posted above are perfect for people like me, keeping paper and other things secure, organized & always at arm’s length, a perfect addition for my office, making my life so much easier. Important papers would always be easily accessible and searching through mounds of paper all over the office would be a thing of the past, allowing me so much more time to get extra work done. I must waste at least 2 hours a day looking for things. Quite frankly, I am about as disorganized as one could possibly be which is why my eyes lit up when I saw this contest.
Thank you for giving your fans the chance to win one of these fabulous office Collections.
Good Luck To All.
