One of my favorite recipes of all time is the Simple Banana Bread. There is nothing better than some warm banana bread after a long day at work. With the cold evenings in full force it’s time to relax and spend time with those loved ones. This banana bread recipe is so simple to recreate and it’s a great way to get the children involved as well!

Ingredients
- 4 ripe Bananas
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- beaten 1 tsp Vanilla
- ½ c. vegetable oil
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Grease inside of a loaf pan with shortening. In a large bowl, mash bananas. Beat eggs and add to bowl. Add sugar and oil and mixing well. Whisk together dry ingredients and add to banana mixture. Mix well and pour into prepared pan. Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
