Easy breakfast bars on the go don’t have to be unhealthy and full of sugar. These Strawberry Banana Granola Bars are delicious and easy to make.
Trying to find healthy snacks for my entire family isn’t always easy. Since I have little ones in my home we have 3 picky little eaters that aren’t a fan of a lot of breakfast foods. I decided since they loved granola bars so much that I would whip up a batch including some fresh strawberries and they went crazy over them and asked for me.
Strawberry Banana Granola Bars
Ingredients:
- 1 cup choppped Strawberries
- 1 Banana, mashed
- 2 1/2 cup Quick Oats
- 1 tsp melted Coconut Oil
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Honey
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 300. Spray a 9″ x 9″ baking pan with cooking spray. Combine the coconut oil, banana, milk and honey in a bowl. Stir until blended. Add the oats and mix until uniformly coated. Gently fold in strawberries. Press mixture into pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until firm. Cool before slicing.
