The GhostBed Review

Purchasing a mattress is one of the most important buys you’ll make for your home. Having a mattress that will provide you comfort and allow you to get a good night sleep is ideal and my husband and I have been on the hunt for the most perfect one. We’ve had one from Costco for the past 4 years and now that I’m 8 months pregnant we decided it was time for a change and we started exploring our options. We came across the GhostBed and I was so intrigued.

The GhostBed is a whole new experience that you have to try out for yourself to believe. Ordering a mattress online was a weird thought for me because I couldn’t try it before hand but they offer a 101 night sleep trial, so if you absolutely dislike it you can send it back (Which I know won’t happen). The GhostBed Mattress is available in sizes Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King and California King so every single size you need you can get in the comfort you deserve.

Whether you live in an apartment or a home you’ll love the front door delivery service. I came home to a small box packed with my Queen size mattress at my front door along with the foundation box spring that can easily be assembled in 15 minutes. Once it arrived I couldn’t wait to have my husband take it upstairs so we can get it all set up and get ready for our first night sleep on our new mattress. The set up was so easy and took 20 minutes start to finish and than additional time for the mattress to lay flat before applying sheets.

My husband removed the box spring foundation pieces from the box and easily assembled it in about 15 minutes using an electric drill, super easy. After that was done we unboxed the mattress which my kids thought was the coolest thing ever. The mattress is air tight sealed in clear packaging which allows it to fit snuggly into the box and once you cut the packaging the mattress “Grows” to full size and can be placed on your box spring. It laid out flat pretty quickly and within an hour all edges were straightened out and ready for sheets.

Moving forward to our first night sleep. The GhostBed is so plush and comfortable you can literally sink into the middle. This was great for all my aches and pains associated with this pregnancy and I slept so great. The sides of the mattress are soft which makes it super easy for me to roll out of bed in the morning and re-position myself during the nights. I absolutely love this mattress. It’s perfect for my husband and I!

When you have kids you need to get an amazing night sleep and I bet everyone can agree with me on that one. When we’re not sleeping on the mattress we’re lounging on the bed watching a movie with our 3 little ones and I love that this mattress is so soft it doesn’t allow them to jump on it (score). Luxuries in the mattress to enjoy is the 2″ gel memory foam that allows you to stay cooler throughout the nights so you get the best sleep possible. Also the mattress is 11″ total height which makes it the perfect height for all sizes plus all sheets fit it perfectly without tugging at the edges. Did I mention how much I love this mattress?

Update: It’s been about a month since we first started sleeping on the GhostBed Mattress and I’ve had the best night’s sleep since the Ghost Bed arrived.
