Tips for Waking Up Early
Now that the kids are out of school, I need to readjust my schedule. It’s important that I get “me” time in. Here are some tips for waking up early and getting some time to yourself.
Go to bed on time
It’s common sense that to get up early, you need to go to bed early! Set yourself a bedtime and get to bed. I like to set an alarm to wake up early. I have an old fashioned alarm that I use, instead of my phone.
Set a schedule for yourself
You will wake up earlier in the morning if you have a reason to. A tip for waking up early in the morning is to set a schedule for yourself. I like to get up and exercise in the morning, which gives me a reason to wake up.
