My husband and I decided to have a date night in without the kids and we whipped up a Quick and Easy Stir Fry that was out of this world. Not only was it delicious but it was done in less than 10 minutes. Amazing right?
Quick and Easy Teriyaki Fried Rice
What you need:
- Minute® White Rice
- Stir Fry Veggies (Frozen)
- Soy Sauce
- Orange Chicken (Trader’s Joes)
Steam your Stir Fry Veggies in the microwave and allow them to cook the proper amount of time. Grab a pot of water and bring to a boil and drop in your White Rice and allow to cook for 5 minutes. Grab your Wok and place it over medium heat on your stove. Pour your Stir Fry Veggies in the wok and top off with your fluffy Minute® White Rice. Pour 1 Cup Teriyaki sauce over your rice and veggies and stir it all together. Allow to cook for a few minutes on the wok. Once it’s cooked place on plate and pair with your favorite main dish such as Trader Joe’s Orange Chicken. Enjoy this Quick and Easy Stir Fry that’s ready in 10 minutes!
