  • Almond Bark Melting Chocolate
  • Gel Food Coloring
  • Assorted Sprinkles

  1. First decide how many different colors you're going to do with your Unicorn Bark. I did a white, purple, blue and yellow. Grab small glass bowls and place 2 blocks of melting chocolate in each bowl and place in the microwave for 1 minute. Remove from microwave and stir to make sure it's all melted.
  2. Once you're happy with how it's all melted add in your gel food coloring and mix it well.
  3. Apply Parchment Paper over a flat cookie sheet and add dollops of your colored chocolate around the cookie sheet.
  4. Make sure all the colors are eventually touching and get ready for the fun.
  5. Grab a flat butter knife or a cake frosting knife and carefully press down and swirl the colors together. This part was so fun and my 6 year old did all the work.
  6. Quickly pour your sprinkles all over the bark and than pop in the fridge for 2 hours.
  7. Remove from fridge and break apart and enjoy!
